We want you to love your Peloton apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office branch and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
